WhatNotSell is an AI-powered deals aggregation platform that surfaces discounted products from multiple online marketplaces. The Service is free for shoppers. We offer paid plans for creators and businesses who wish to access our API and additional tools. WhatNotSell is not a retailer and does not sell products directly.
WhatNotSell participates in affiliate marketing programmes. We earn commissions when users click our links and make purchases from retailers. This is disclosed on every page via our affiliate disclosure notice. Affiliate relationships do not affect the objectivity of deal rankings or selections.
You may use the deals directory without an account. Creating an account allows you to save deals and set alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You agree not to use the Service to scrape, copy, or redistribute deal data without permission, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with or disrupt the Service, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or impersonate any person or entity.
WhatNotSell aggregates deal information from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that prices, availability, or discount percentages are current or correct at the time of viewing. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing. WhatNotSell is not responsible for pricing errors or changes made by retailers.
The WhatNotSell name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Product names, brand names, and trademarks mentioned on the platform belong to their respective owners. WhatNotSell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand mentioned on the platform.
Creator and Business plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that deals shown will be available at the stated price. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatNotSell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
